Høstkonferansen 18. november 2011

Fredag 18. november 2011 ble ICFs årlige høstkonferanse avholdt i Bjørvika konferansesenter. Erickson var tilstede med egen stand, og mange Ericksonere hadde også tatt turen for å bli inspirert av de mange spennende foredragsholderne og for nettverking med andre Coacher. Årets konferanse hadde fokus på ulike perspektiver av faget coaching, blant annet mulighetsperspektivet "Umulig - kun en midlertidig tilstand!" og tilstedeværelsesperspektivet - "Å være tilstede i seg selv - overfor andre". Målene for konferansen var magiske øyeblikk, bevisstgjøring og glede.
